Privacy at RateMyTraining

RateMyTraining collects only the information needed to operate accounts, reviews, provider and trainer profiles, training requests, opportunities, events and paid memberships.

What we may collect

Account details, profile information, review content, provider or trainer verification information, training request details, billing identifiers supplied by payment providers, and technical information needed for security and performance.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the platform, moderate content, verify profiles, manage memberships, improve the service and protect users and the integrity of independent reviews.

Payments

Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by RateMyTraining.

Your choices

You can request correction or deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and record-keeping requirements.
